Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days  to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Mon - Sat, from 9:30 AM TO 5:00 pm MST.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders over $45 ship for free via USPS Ground

USPS Ground: $5  (Please check with your local post office for current transit times

USPS Priority: $10 (2-3 Business Days - Usually) - Check USPS.com for more info

UPS Ground: $8

UPS 3 Day: $15  (3 Business Days)

UPS 2 Day: $17  (2 Business Days)

UPS Next Business Day: $40

 

Alaska & Hawaii:

USPS Ground: $5

We offer international shipping to the most countries:

DHL: $50

USPS International: $35

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 21 Rhinos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns on customized items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: 21rhinosinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
